This is a quick and easy recipe for marinated olives. I love to mix different types of olives to add color and flavours.
Make sure you use high quality olive oil to really increase the beautiful olive flavor of this dish.
These olives are perfect to complement a cheese and cured meat platter or can be added to a salad for a little spicy touch.
- 2 cups of olives
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ cup of olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon chilli pepper flakes
- Zest of ½ lemon
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours of overnight.
Olives are best served room temperature or warmed up 30 to 45 seconds in the microwave.
